About Us…
Little Raiders Preschool is integral to the Family & Consumer Science (FACS) curriculum at Wamego High School. Early Childhood Development students learn to care for preschoolers aged 3 to 5 by designing lesson plans that focus on:
- Emotional development
- Social development
- Mental development
- Physical development
They also emphasize positive guidance, care skills, and safety protocols in the preschool environment.
We are currently accepting enrollments for both the fall and spring semesters. Please note that enrollment slots are filled on a first- come, first-served basis, with a maximum capacity of 10 students per semester.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY’S 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
FALL SEMESTER OCTOBER 7TH - DECEMBER 11Th
SPRING SEMESTER MARCH 3TH - MAY 7TH
The fee per semester is $100, which covers the costs of snacks, supplies, and training courses for our high school students. You may enroll your child for one or both semesters and pay to secure your spot(s). Payments can be made to WHS Little Raider Preschool by check, cash, or credit card at the WHS office. Please provide us with a copy of your receipt after payment. (see forms for receipt form)
Enrollment Requirements:
- Please read the Letter to Parents linked below first
- Student Enrollment Form
- Drop-Off & Pick Up Information
- Copy of payment receipt
- KDHE Medical Record Forms (This includes a copy of a health assessment & immunization records)
- KDHE Short-Term Medication Form (Your child only needs this on file if they have any medication that is needed to be taken while at preschool)
- ASQ - Ages & Stages Questionnaires : Please fill out the ASQ that fits with your child's age at the time of enrollment. We are asking that this is done to help our High School Students compare their progress through the preschooler’s time with us.
To secure your spot, you must have completed everything listed above and turned in to the WHS office.
